3rd prize for Shanti

We are happy to let you know, that Shanti won the 3rd prize in the competition on which BBC, Newsweek and Shell had organized – worldwide – for the 4th time.
More than 700 NGO's had participated.

The goal was to find the most convincing project which has the aim to find solutions for pressing problems on our planet: Be it fighting poverty or tackling environmental issues. Shanti was found to be prize-worthy for creating jobs for handicapped people.

The prize-money of US$ 10.000,- will be used for our agriculture in order to feed our orphans, handicapped and destitute people.
